We’ve compiled our users’ most common questions, so that the information you’re most likely to need is available for you to access, from anywhere, any time.

  • How can I create a new user?

    You can create a new user under the Module tab. Click on ‘Manage’, then ‘User Manager’, and you will find the option to create a new user. Note: The User Manager is also located in the top right corner of your screen. It’s good to know where it lives, but you can simply click on it to create a new user.

  • How do I change my password?

    When changing admin passwords, it is best to do so under the Module tab. Click on ‘Manage’, then ‘User Manager’ where you will be given the option to create a new password. Alternatively, it is best to change your own password (as well as all other profile information) by selecting the ‘View/Edit’ item from the top right menu.

  • How do I set-up forms?

    You can set-up forms under the Module tab. Click on ‘Manage’, then ‘Form Manager’, and you will find the ‘Form Builder’ tab. Click on it to set-up forms.

  • How can I update my registration form?

    You can update your registration form under the Module tab. Click on ‘Manage’, then ‘Form Manager’ or, drag and drop ‘Form Manager’ module from the left panel onto any page, and edit from there.

  • How do I view newly added pages?

    You can view newly added pages through the Modules tab. Click on ‘Manage’, then ‘Page Manager’. Alternatively, you’ll see the Pages tab on the left panel, which also allows you to add new pages.

  • Where can I manage my site pages?

    You can manage your site’s pages through the Modules tab. Click on ‘Manage’, then ‘Page Manager’. You can also manage directly from the Pages tab on the left panel.

  • How can I adjust my layouts?

    You can adjust your layouts through the Modules tab. Click on ‘Manage’, then ‘Page Manager’. From there, you’ll see the Layouts tab on the left panel, which will allow you to adjust them as you see fit.

  • Where can I view my template?

    You can view your template under the Modules tab. Click on ‘Manage’, then ‘Page Manager’. You can also manage directly from the Templates tab on the left panel. Simply select the ‘Customize’ option to access your template’s properties.

  • How do I set-up default site styles?

    You can set-up default site styles under the Modules tab. Click on ‘Manage’, then ‘Page Manager’. Alternatively, you can find the Templates tab on the left panel. Once you select ‘Customize’, you’ll have the ability to personalize your template’s styles.

  • How do I increase my content’s font size?

    You can increase your content’s font size under the Modules tab. Select ‘Manage’, then ‘Pages Manager’. You can customize directly from the Templates tab on the left panel. Simply choose ‘Customize’ to edit font.

  • How do I alter the font size of my headings?

    You can increase your content’s font size under the Modules tab. Select ‘Manage’, then ‘Pages Manager’. You can customize directly from the Templates tab on the left panel. Simply choose ‘Customize’ to edit font.

  • How do I make my links a different colour than they are?

    You can change the colour of your links under the Modules tab. Click on ‘Manage’, then ‘Page Manager’. You can also manage link colours directly through the ‘Templates’ option in the left panel.

  • How can I set-up administrative approvals for new registrations?

    You can set-up administrative approvals for new registrations under the Modules tab. Click on ‘Manage’, then ‘User Manager’. Under the ‘Settings’ tab, you can set approvals, permissions and notifications for new and existing registrations.

  • How can I add languages to my site?

    You can add languages to your site through the Modules tab. Simply select ‘Manage’, then ‘Languages Manager’, and add the language of your choice.

  • How do I translate site content?

    After adding languages to your site through the Modules tab by selecting ‘Manage’, then ‘Languages Manager’, and adding the language of your choice, go to the English version of your page. Add a new post in English, then switch the language to French, for example, simply paste in your title and content, and post. Tip: you do not need to translate the shortname, as this binds the English content to the translated copy.

  • How do I access, manage and upload new files?

    You can access, manage and upload new files through the Modules tab. Simply select ‘Manage’, then ‘File Manager’ to organize file architecture and add new (or remove outdated) files.

  • Can I upload large files?

    You can upload large files through the Modules tab. Simply select ‘Manage’, then ‘File Manager’ to upload files of any format up to 200 megabytes. Note: You can see how much file storage you have left in the bottom left corner of the ‘File Manager’.

  • How do I upload custom fonts?

    You can upload custom fonts through the Modules tab. Simply select ‘Manage’, then ‘Font Manager’ and embed your desired font.

  • Where do I manage my site’s SEO?

    You can manage your sites search engine optimization (SEO) by accessing the Site Settings Overview, and selecting ‘Global SEO’. It can also be added by selecting ‘Page Properties’ or ‘Blog Post Properties’ under the SEO tab.

  • How can I view my site visitors and their activity?

    You can view your site visitors and their activity by accessing the Site Settings Overview, and selecting ‘Google Analytics’. All you need to do is add your Google Analytics passcode and all of your site’s activity can be reviewed on the Google Analytics website.

  • Where can I locate analytics for reports?

    You can locate analytics for reporting by accessing the Site Settings Overview, and selecting ‘Google Analytics’. All you need to do is add your Google Analytics passcode and your reports can be viewed on the Google Analytics website.

  • How do I create microsites?

    You can create microsites within 60 seconds by clicking on the Modules tab, then selecting ‘Collaborate’ and, finally, ‘Microsites’.

  • How can I create a separate sandbox site to play in?

    You can create a ‘sandbox’ site to play in within 60 seconds, as well, by clicking on the Modules tab, then selecting ‘Collaborate’ and, finally, ‘Microsites’.

  • How can I ensure my content layout is visually appealing?

    You can ensure you content layout is designed as you desire through the left panel options. Under the Modules tab you’ll see a ‘Build’ option, select it and you can customize your layout however you wish.

  • How can I integrate Google Fonts into my site?

    You can integrate Google Fonts into your site through the Modules tab. Simply select ‘Manage’, then ‘Font Manager’ and upload Google Fonts.

  • What editing options are available to me?

    You can edit your page through the left panel options. Under the Modules tab you’ll see a ‘Build’ option, you can design your page block structure from here.

  • How can I adjust my site menu?

    In most cases, the Menu module is located in layout. Simply select the Layout module and manage your menu from there.

  • How do I set-up custom menus with specific pages?

    You can set-up custom menus through the Menu module, which is located under ‘Build’. Select ‘Edit’, then ‘Menu Structure’, then, finally, ‘custom’, and you will have the ability to create your ideal menu architecture.

  • How do I add social links to my site?

    You can add social media links through the left panel under the Modules tab. Under ‘Socialize’, select the Social Media module to manage most social media site functions, including social links.

  • How do I add background colour and/or images to my blocks?

    You can add background colours and images to block easily. All you need to do is select the Build module, go to ‘Menu’, then ‘Create New’, then ‘Edit’, ‘Menu Structure’, and - finally - ‘Custom’. Hover your mouse over the box to reveal an option to edit. Now, select Styles and Backgrounds to customize your block designs.

  • How do I adjust the padding between my site’s blocks?

    You can add adjust the padding between your site’s block through the Build module. Go to ‘Menu’, then ‘Create New’, then ‘Edit’, ‘Menu Structure’, and - finally - ‘Custom’. Hover your mouse over the box to reveal an option to edit. Now, select Styles and Backgrounds to adjust the padding.

  • How do I edit my header and footer?

    Your header and footer can be edited through the Structures module under ‘Layouts’.
